Stiles Residential Group, the luxury multifamily development arm of Stiles Corp., has unveiled Novo Las Olas, a 341-unit community in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Construction is nearing completion, with the first move-ins expected in November of this year.

Novo forms part of The Main Las Olas, a 1.4 million-square-foot mixed-use community between 201 E. Las Olas and SE 2nd St. The project also includes a 357,000-square-foot, Class A office tower, currently under construction. Stiles Construction is the general contractor for The Main Las Olas, a joint venture between Stiles and Shorenstein Properties.

Designed by architecture firm Cooper Carry, Novo features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, private balconies/terraces and electronic locks. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, pizza oven, fitness center, co-working lounge, bike storage, dog park and outdoor entertainment pergola with grills. The development also features the city’s first GreenWise Market, a 28,000-square-foot store owned and operated by Publix Super Markets. Greystar is slated to manage the apartment community.

In September 2019, Stiles Residential Group topped out Alluvion Las Olas, a 43-story luxury building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The first move-ins were anticipated for May of this year.
