Capitol Seniors Housing has opened Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel, an 88-unit senior community offering assisted living and memory care in Mount Laurel, N.J. The Arbor Co. will operate the 75,000-square-foot facility. The developer broke ground on the $28.4 million project in 2017, with Meyer Senior Living Studio as architect and Wohlsen Construction as general contractor.

Located at 785 Centerton Road, Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel has studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a three-story building. Amenities include a pub, theater room, art studio, technology lounge, fitness/rehab center, salon and spa. The community has a range of programs available for its residents, including yoga, painting and foreign language classes.

The property is some 20 miles east of downtown Philadelphia, near Laurel Creek Country Club. The community is just west of the Interstate 295 interchange and the New Jersey Turnpike. The closest shopping center is 2 miles south.

Capitol Seniors Housing delivered another New Jersey community in April, an 85-unit luxury facility operated by Chelsea Senior Living. The company’s portfolio also includes a 96-unit Boston-area facility that opened in August.
