Construction work on the upcoming development at 7022 Nolensville Pike is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2016. PGM Properties and Coro Realty will oversee the property’s retail portion, while Regent Homes will lead the residential development. PGM Properties plans to sign service and amenity tenants, such as restaurants, medical uses and shops for the project’s retail component known as Shoppes at Burkitt Place.

“That area is just exploding. It is coming into its own, particularly with the growth of Nashville. We see a significant retail need there,” John McReynolds, principal of PGM Properties, said in a prepared statement.

Prices for the townhomes are set to range between $230,000 and $300,000, whereas the condos are expected to cost from $170,000 to $200,000. Smith Gee Studio will perform the project’s design and architecture, while the engineering portion will be led by Civil Site Design Group.
