Miami’s 1010 Brickell to Begin Closings

The 389-unit tower, a partnership of Key International and 13th Floor Investments, underwent 36 months of construction and is currently 99 percent sold.

Key International and 13th Floor Investments have completed 1010 Brickell, a luxury condo tower in Miami. Receiving its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from Miami-Dade County, this is the third completed project between the partnership. The 50-story tower underwent 36 months of construction and will begin closings in early September, with occupancy of first residents to begin shortly after. Located in the heart of Miami’s financial district, the tower is currently 99 percent sold with only three units available. The project was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.

The 389-unit community features studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 633 to 2,225 square feet. Interior features include nine-foot ceilings, private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, enhanced soundproofing, built-in master bedroom wardrobes, European-inspired kitchen cabinetry and views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
