Luxury Tower Coming to LA
- Feb 02, 2016
Los Angeles—Crescent Heights is developing Ten Thousand, a 40-story, 470,000-square-foot luxury high-rise residential tower set to open this summer in Los Angeles.
“Ten Thousand is a symbol of elegance that fully values our residents’ most important asset—time,” Roman Speron, Crescent Heights’ regional manager, said. “Predictive services coupled with impeccable amenities will enable residents to maximize their quality of life without worrying about everyday hassles.”
Located at 10000 Santa Monica Boulevard, on the edge of Century City and Beverly Hills, Ten Thousand will consist of 283 two- and three-bedroom residences featuring floor-to-ceiling vistas with views spanning from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown and the Hollywood Hills.
Designed by Handel Architects, each residence will feature two full bathrooms with a powder room, hardwood floors throughout, motorized window treatments, California closets, built-in appliances and a front-loading washer and dryer. The average unit size is approximately 1,653 square feet.
Amenities will include an indoor/outdoor resident’s lounge, chef’s kitchen, and private cabanas for year-round entertaining; a state-of-the-art fully-staffed fitness center designed by Jay Wright; three exercise studios, Pilates room and indoor and outdoor pools including ion filtration system; video conference rooms; a private theater; groundbreaking residential technology for round-the-clock, on-demand convenience and personalized concierge services.
There will also be luxury vehicles with on-call personal drivers and a private park with tranquil landscaped gardens covering a full acre with access to an outdoor chef’s kitchen and tennis court. Residents will also be among the first to experience Crescent Heights’ leading edge mobile technology including its signature interactive video wall and app-based resident management portal.
Ten Thousand residents will also live within walking distance to Westfield Century City, which will soon debut an $800 million reimagining that will include the introduction of Nordstrom to the area along with Tom Ford, Armani and the first California branch of Eataly.
“Located at arguably the most iconic corner for fashion and entertainment in our country, Ten Thousand will be distinctly unique and unmatched in its offerings,” Speron said. “We look forward to introducing Ten Thousand to the Los Angeles market, and revealing more details and exciting new collaborations as we draw closer to our grand opening later this year.”
