Prevarian Senior Living has sold Beach House Naples, a 113-unit, 130-bed luxury senior community offering assisted living and memory care in Naples, Fla. CFP Living Communities, the senior living private equity fund of Chicago Pacific Founders, purchased the property.

JLL Managing Directors Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers led the advisory team assisting the seller in the disposition.

Completed in 2015, Beach House Naples is situated on more than 8 acres at 1000 Airport-Pulling Road. Designed by senior living architect Architectural Concepts Inc. and interior designer Studio|65, the 98,418-square-foot building encompasses a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Community amenities include a movie theater, pub, game room and library, as well as a bar and lounge area. Residents are offered personalized care plans, transportation, room service and group fitness classes.

The senior community is some two miles east of downtown Naples near Rock Creek, less than two miles from Tamiami Trail. There are several shops and restaurants within a one-mile radius of the property, with the closest hospital about 4 miles away.

In July, CFP Living Communities purchased a 101-unit senior housing community in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Statesman Group sold the asset for $27 million.
