MHN has a new poll! We want to know how much rent control has affected your business in the last year.
Last month, we wanted to know which factors were most likely to influence investment during the second half of 2019. Of the total respondents, 47 percent said fiscal policy, especially regarding interest rates. Following that was consumer confidence, the job market and other economic factors at 32 percent.
