PMG, LNDMRK to Develop Miami Condo Project
The property will rise within the Wynwood Arts District.
PMG and LNDMRK Development will develop Frida Kahlo Residences, a 244-unit condominium project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Carlos Ott, in collaboration with CUBE 3 Studio, will design the community, while Cotofana Designs will be in charge of the project’s interiors.
The condo tower will feature fully furnished residences with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Shared amenities will include a pool, lounge areas, an outdoor bar, a fitness center, a sauna and treatment rooms. Additionally, a concierge primary care provider will occupy the development’s ground floor, marking the firm’s first location in Florida.

The partnership’s development, dubbed Midtown Park, will feature more than 900 condominium units, 60,000 square feet of office and more than 120,000 square feet of retail space.
Miami’s luxury condo market began attracting European investors, alongside the already existing Latin American ones. As of September 2025, condo sales in Miami-Dade County registered a 2.4 percent increase year-over-year, according to data from the MIAMI Association of Realtors.
