Pinnacle’s Winthrop Court Posts Fast Sales
Clifton, N. J.--Since partnering with KABR Real Estate to purchase the nonperforming construction loan for 39 unsold residences at Winthrop Court, The Pinnacle Companies has sold 64 percent of the community’s residences.
Clifton, N. J.–During the first quarter of 2010, The Pinnacle Companies partnered with KABR Real Estate to purchase the nonperforming construction loan for 39 unsold residences at Winthrop Court, a luxury condominium community for active adults in Clifton, N.J. Since that time, Pinnacle has sold 64 percent of the community’s residences.
Winthrop Court’s two-bedroom condominiums provide from 1,500 to more than 2,000 square feet of living space. Prices currently start around $300,000.
The community is secured by a guarded gatehouse and features just 30 homes in each building. Some of the community’s condominiums are available as penthouse loft homes, and every home boasts double-door entry, expansive living and dining areas with fireplaces and balconies, large master bedrooms, and designer kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
