PGIM JV Lands $81M Denver Refi
The property came online last year.

A joint venture between The Dinerstein Cos. and PGIM has received an $81 million refinancing loan for Atlas Peakview, a 330-unit multifamily community in Centennial, Colo., a submarket of Denver. Mesa West Capital provided the capital in a deal arranged by Walker & Dunlop.
Atlas Peakview came online in 2025 and has since reached 85 percent occupancy. The project previously received $76.8 million in construction financing from Texas Capital Bank in 2021, according to Yardi Matrix.
The community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with two- and three-bedroom townhomes available for rent. Each residence features in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, smart locks and Energy Star-certified appliances. Average monthly rent at Atlas Peakview is approximately $2,280, Yardi Matrix shows.
Across the property, residents have access to shared amenities including a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a two-story coworking space, a speakeasy and a pet-wash station.

Atlas Peakview is located at 7800 E. Peakview Ave., just off Interstate 25, 13 miles southeast of downtown Denver. Denver International Airport is 24 miles away, while a Walmart Supercenter and other dining and retail options are close by.
The refinancing comes as Denver’s multifamily market continues to navigate elevated supply. According to the latest Yardi Matrix report, asking rents were flat through April while stabilized occupancy fell 90 basis points year-over-year to 93.2 percent, following two years of supply growth.
Walker & Dunlop’s Tom Melody, Paul House and John Melody arranged the financing.
