Pennrose’s Fairview Village Wins National NAHRO Award
Fairview Village, an affordable apartment community developed by Pennrose Properties LLC in partnership with the Housing Authority of Chester County, Pennsylvania, has won a 2014 National Agency Award of Excellence from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO).
Philadelphia –Fairview Village, an affordable apartment community developed by Pennrose Properties LLC in partnership with the Housing Authority of Chester County, Pennsylvania, has won a 2014 National Agency Award of Excellence from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). The new community also won a NAHRO Agency Award of Merit for Innovative Townhouse Design. The awards were presented during the NAHRO National Conference & Exhibition on Friday, October 17, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland.
“Fairview Village is the latest in a series of our communities that have been awarded for their innovative design and recognized among the best of the best in residential real estate,” said Mark H. Fairview Village, located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, consists of 36 affordable apartment homes, ranging from one- to four-bedroom residences. The community is a short drive from Valley Forge National Park, restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Apartments feature open floor plans with high ceilings and oversized windows, modern kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio or balcony.
NAHRO is an association of approximately 23,000 housing and community development agencies and officials throughout the nation. Its mission is to provide resources for its members in their efforts to deliver “decent, safe, affordable housing and viable communities that enhance the quality of life for all Americans, especially those of low- and moderate-income.”
