Peak Campus Management Selected to Manage 20 Hawley Street
Atlanta-based Peak Campus Management has announced that it has been tapped to manage 20 Hawley Street in Binghamton, N.Y.

Atlanta—Atlanta-based Peak Campus Management has announced that it has been tapped to manage 20 Hawley Street in Binghamton, N.Y. The community serves the students at Binghamton University—a public university in New York State’s southern tier region that boasts a student population of about 16,000.
The City of Binghamton has a population of about 45,000 and 20 Hawley Street is located in the heart of the city’s downtown. Each unit features a 1:1 bed-to-bathroom parity and offers residents a spread of furnished floor plans that range from one to six bedrooms.
The community is equipped with a large variety of amenities including a golf simulator, an on-site movie theater, hot tub, outdoor lounge, yoga studio, a spinning room and off-street, underground parking. A café and convenience store is also located on the first floor of the property.

Leasing for the 2015 school year is currently underway at the community.
