Pathfinder Partners, Lanshire Complete CA Townhomes
Bahia Vista II in Chula Vista offers 16 townhomes and a tot lot, a paved trail and private patios. The community is scheduled for completion by August 2018.
A joint venture between Pathfinder Partners and Lanshire Housing Partners has completed construction on the model homes at Bahia Vista II, a townhome community in San Diego’s booming submarket of Chula Vista, Calif.
Located at 805-812 Ada St., the community comprises 16 three- and four-bedroom townhomes, ranging from 1,650 to 1,800 square feet. The community is scheduled for completion by August 2018, with prices starting at $400,000. Interior features include open floorplans, quartz countertops, high ceilings and stainless steel appliances. Each unit has three full bathrooms and some of the four-bedroom townhomes feature dual master suites. Residents have access to amenities such as private patios, ocean or mountain views, paved trail, a park, tot lot and seating areas. Bahia Vista II is located adjacent to the 21-home Bahia Vista I, which the joint venture partners completed and sold out in 2016, after purchasing the 30,500-square-foot land parcel in 2015.
“The Bahia Vista II neighborhood is in an ideal location in Chula Vista’s up-and-coming Palomar Gateway, adjacent to the Marina District, with quick access to the I-5 freeway and the San Diego Trolley as well as shopping, dining and entertainment venues, including Aquatica Water Park and Mattress Firm Amphitheatre,” said Lorne Polger, senior managing director of Pathfinder Partners.
The construction team includes Lanshire Development as lead general contractor, with Principal Partner Michael Kootchick handling project management. The townhomes were designed by Rodriguez Associates Architects and Planners, while Tucker Sadler Architects was tapped to modernize the plans and complete entitlements. The Blu Summit Real Estate Group is handling the sales and marketing for the property.
