Palace Group Unveils FL Luxury Senior Housing

The Palace Group of Miami has unveiled its plan for The Palace at Weston Senior Living, a luxury senior living project in Weston, Fla., a master-planned suburb of Miami. The company chose Perla Lichi to handle interior design and Salazar Architectural Group for the development design.

Scheduled to break ground in 2018, the 8.5-acre development will feature 300 units comprising independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. The building is designed to look like three smaller, separate buildings under one roof in order to accommodate the three distinctive living areas. Each will feature its own porte-cochère, reception area, activity center and garden. The project is scheduled for completion by 2019. 

Luxury Features Throughout 

Located at 4400 West City Drive, the pet-friendly community will feature studio, one- or two-bedroom floorplans; fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and wood cabinets; bathrooms with wall-to-wall medicine cabinets, showers and safety grab bars; large California-style closets; washer/dryers; housekeeping services; hurricane impact glass and emergency generators. Community amenities include:
