Opus Group Delivers Denver Luxury Community

The Centennial property includes 306 units and wraps around a central parking garage, which allows residents to park on the same floor as their apartment.

The Opus Group has completed The Glenn, a 306-unit multifamily property in Denver’s Centennial suburb. The upscale community is named in honor of local entrepreneur and philanthropist Glenn Jones and is pedestrian-friendly.

The construction team included Opus Development Co., which developed the six-floor property; Opus Design Build, which worked as the design-builder; and Opus AE Group, which provided the architectural and interior design services. The same group is currently working on another transit-oriented, luxury community, in Elmhurst, Ill.

Located at 9300 E. Mineral Ave., The Glenn offers a mix of floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedroom units and featuring tall ceilings, designer lighting and custom kitchen cabinets. The community also includes 2,100 square feet of retail space. The property boasts high-end amenities including:
