Opus Completes 217-Unit Luxury Community

Together with AIG Global Real Estate, the company recently completed Citizen Park, a 10-story luxury community situated in the heart of the historic Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis. The firm also landed its first tenant for the retail component.

The Opus Group and AIG Global Real Estate have opened Citizen Park, a 217-unit luxury community located in St. Louis. Opus also announced that Orangetheory Fitness is the first retail tenant.

Located at 230 N. Euclid St., in the heart of historic Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, the 10-story building features penthouses and one- and two-bedroom units. Common area amenities include a 1,300-square-foot fitness center, a clubhouse, 24-hour concierge service, state-of-the-art package management system, pet spa, bike storage and bike maintenance area. Additionally, the community offers sun-soaked terrace deck, swimming pool with tanning shelf, community fire pit and a fully equipped yoga studio. According to Yardi Matrix data, the property includes a 10,000-square-foot retail space.

Situated at the corner of Lindell Boulevard and Euclid Avenue, Citizen Park was designed to complement the neighborhood’s unique character.

“This building truly advances the Central West End in a relevant and modern way,” Joe Downs, vice president of Opus, said in prepared remarks. “Thanks to extensive collaboration with community stakeholders from start to finish, we were able to provide a space that fits into the community, while offering a new, upscale living option for community members.”
