One Hundred East Fifty Third Street Rolls Out Membership Program
This is the latest amenity to be unveiled by the developers of the property, RFR and the Chinese real estate firm Vanke.
New York—RFR Holdings and Compass Real Estate are partnering with Quintessentially Lifestyle to provide a membership program to residents in the new residential condominium tower, One Hundred East Fifty Third Street. The property, which is now under construction, was designed by the renowned British architecture firm Foster + Partners.
This is latest amenity to be unveiled by the developers of the property, RFR and the Chinese real estate firm Vanke, which is no stranger to the New York market. At the end of last month, Vanke, along with Adam America Real Estate and the Slate Property Group, acquired the vacant 150,000-square-foot building at 45 Rivington Street on the Lower East Side for $116 million, as reported by MHN. The partners plan to convert that building into about 100 condo units.
Under the terms of the partnership, Quintessentially Lifestyle will provide high-end, hotel concierge-like services to the residents of One Hundred East Fifty Third Street. The goal, according to Quintessentially Lifestyle, is for residents to enjoy personalized 24/7 services by “lifestyle managers” who will come to understand residents’ tastes and preferences and proactively anticipate their needs.
Among other things, the lifestyle managers will make restaurant reservations, provide car services, do VIP shopping and provide access to one-of-a-kind or hard-to-access experiences and events. They will also fashion personalized global travel itineraries for residents, and provide home ownership services, including interior design and furnishings.
The residential tower is in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan. Its first closings are scheduled for the spring of 2017.
