Olympus Property Expands Nashville Offerings
This marks the company’s third acquisition in Tennessee.
Nashville, Tenn.—Olympus Property has acquired Midtown, a Class A mid-rise apartment community in Nashville, Tenn.
This marks the company’s third acquisition in Tennessee and fourth for its WW Olympus Property V LLC investment fund.
Midtown is comprised of 170 units and offers residents best-in-class construction, upscale interior finishes and a high profile, infill location in downtown Nashville.
“The Midtown property is a strategic acquisition with its central Nashville location and high-end finish out,” Chandler Wonderly, Olympus Property’s co-founder, said. “It will be a long term hold for Olympus.”
Built in 2010, Midtown offers lavish amenities that include a media lounge with billiards and Wi-Fi, a “Zen inspired” garden, a 24-hour sky bridge fitness studio, elevator access, electronic building access, a parking garage and valet dry cleaning services.
The apartments are well-appointed with ultra-modern kitchens and baths, black energy star appliances, granite countertops, spacious walk in closets, expansive 9-foot ceilings, wood flooring, designer cabinetry, under mount sinks, washers/dryers, and patios/balconies with Nashville skyline views.
The property is situated on nearly two acres, ideally positioned between Nashville’s Downtown, West End and The Gulch areas. It boasts a highly desired infill location in the heart of approximately 150,000 jobs with immediate access to West End and Charlotte Avenue.
According to Wonderly, the company sees Nashville as a strong fundamental market and believes in the long-term growth story there.
