The Preserve at Greenway Park

Berland Real Estate has sold The Preserve at Greenway Park, a 368-unit community in Casper, Wyo., to Olympus Property. Berkadia brokered the transaction and secured financing for the deal in the form of a $42.9 million Fannie Mae loan.

The 23.7-acre community encompasses one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Interiors feature dishwaters, private patios or balconies, fireplaces and washers and dryers in all units. Common-area amenities include two swimming pools, two clubhouses, a fitness center, a playground and a dog park.

Located at 2079 Preserve Circle, the property is north of Cheyenne and Fort Collins and has access to Interstate 25. Various recreational and cultural venues are close to the property, such as Casper Country Club, Tate Geological Museum and The Science Zone. Dining and retail options are available in the surrounding area, along 12th East Street.

Senior Directors Nick Steele and John Laratta and Directors Tyler King and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver brokered the transaction on behalf of both parties.

Berkadia has also been active elsewhere in recent weeks, having been involved in several significant multifamily deals across the U.S. in the past 30 days, including in metro San Antonio, Northern Virginia and Birmingham, Ala.
