Olympus Property Adds OC Community to Its Portfolio
360 Residential sold the recently completed 280-unit, boutique-style, luxury development located in Irvine, Calif., approximately 3 miles from John Wayne International Airport.
Olympus Property has purchased Fusion, a 280-unit Class A community in Irvine, Calif. The newly constructed, boutique-style property was sold by 360 Residential. Withee Malcolm was the designer of the community.
Located at 17321 Murphy Ave., Fusion is near Interstate 405, about 3 miles from John Wayne International Airport. Additionally, the area is surrounded by many dining and shopping options and the CallTelk shopping center is situated less than 1 mile from the community.
The new development occupies more than 3 acres and comprises a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, averaging 828 square feet. The units feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring, tile backsplashes, gourmet kitchen, full-size stackable washer/dryer sets, private patios/balconies, ceiling fans and 9-, 13- or 20-foot ceilings. Community amenities include:
- rooftop
- saltwater pool
- outdoor/indoor clubhouse
- spa
- pool-side furnished cabanas
- fitness center
- community kitchen
- hammocks
“Given the quality of the construction, the attractive location, and difficulty of buying Class A multifamily in the Irvine market, Fusion is an asset Olympus looks forward to holding long term,” said Chandler Wonderly, principal of Olympus Property, in prepared remarks.
In August, the company also acquired Vista at Grand Crossing, a 350-unit property in Katy, Texas.
