Located at 1420 NW 15th Ave. Fifteen features studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 634 to 1,154 square feet in size.  Features and finishes of apartments include in-unit washers and dryers, open-concept kitchens, modern cabinetry and finishes, tile flooring throughout and private patios or balconies.

Common-area amenities of the community include outdoor social lounge, package receiving room, controlled access, designated yoga room, open-air coworking spaces, a resort-inspired rooftop pool and views of Marlins Stadium.

Health-care hub

The boutique mid-rise community is close to several major health-care institutions in Miami’s Health District, which is among South Florida’s leading employment centers. Nearby facilities include the University of Miami Health System, Jackson Memorial Hospital, the Miami VA Medical Center, and the in-progress Kenneth C. Griffin Cancer Research Center, slated to be unveiled this year.

Dolphin Expressway and I-95 links the property to Brickell, Coral Gables, the River District and downtown Miami. Five transit stations are located within a six-minute drive, while the Civic Center and Santa Clara commuter rail stations are a short walk from the community.

The Fort Lauderdale-based investment sales team of Walker & Dunlop, featuring Still Hunter and Kaya Suarez, arranged the transaction. Craig West and the TeamWest group at Walker & Dunlop secured the financing. Earlier this week, Ram Realty Advisors and Pinnacle Communities launched construction of a 16-story, 334-unit apartment building in Aventura, Fla., with first units scheduled for delivery in mid-2026.
