NWP’s CEO to Participate on Panel at the 2013 NMHC OpTech Conference

Costa Mesa, Calif.—NWP Services Corporation (NWP) a provider of utility management solutions in the multifamily housing industry, announced that Michael Radice, chief executive officer for NWP, will participate on an expert panel at the 2013 National Multi Housing Council’s (NMHC) OpTech Conference to be held November 11-13 at the Hilton Anatole, in Dallas. The educational panel session is titled: “New Utility Disclosure Laws and Utility Management Technology” and will be moderated by Lou Schotsky, vice president of investments at Equity Residential.
Occurring on Tuesday, November 12th from 2:45 pm – 4:00 pm, the session will include discussion on the latest updates and changes on local energy disclosure and retrofit requirements which have been sweeping the nation. In addition, panelists will address the progression of utility management technology and how it can help owners and operators comply with new regulations while saving on operating costs.
NWP will also be attending and exhibiting at NMHC’s 2013 OpTech Conference and Exposition and will be available to answer questions on utility and energy management at booth #236.
