NorthMarq Capital Recognizes Paul Cairns with Annual Award of Excellence

Minneapolis—NorthMarq Capital recognizes one producer every year to be awarded the prestigious O’Brien/Klebanoff Award of Excellence. The winner is selected based upon overall production, local/regional leadership and positive contributions to NorthMarq. The 2015 award, given out during the company’s annual Production Conference in Orlando, Fla., went to: Paul Cairns, senior vice president/managing director of Capital Services.

Cairns is responsible for the Freddie Mac program offered through 35 regional offices. Paul joined NorthMarq Capital in 1998 after working in the title insurance industry. He has served on Freddie Mac Servicing and Targeted Affordable Housing Advisory Councils and was the recipient of the 2008 Freddie Mac Conventional Mortgage Partnership award for his assistance in the implementation of the Capital Markets Execution (CME) program.
