Multi-Housing Starts Fall 42% Since February’s Slight Uptick

Multi-Housing Cap Rates Have Increased 150 Basis Points, According to CBRE

March 2009 results show that higher cap rate increases were reported for Class A assets compared to Class B and Class C, and value-added compared to stabilized deals.
