New Magellan Affiliate Aims to Solve Distressed Real Estate Problems

Magellan Development Group has created an affiliate problem-solving consulting service, Magellan Project Services, which will focus on distressed urban multifamily developments and underperforming assets. With experience that ranges from architecture and construction to marketing and disposition, Magellan will be able to offer support to institutions dealing with troubled multifamily and mixed-use communities based on their particular needs.

Project Service’s goal will be to help clients implement a course of action that will convert illiquid assets and enhance their portfolios. Magellan Vice President Brian Gordon notes that success in this area can help restore economic health to communities and contribute to economic recovery in a broader sense.
