New Luxury High-Rise Opens in Midtown Atlanta
The $101 million development sits in the heart of 12th & Midtown, a 3 million-square-foot master-planned, mixed-use community.
Atlanta—Sixty11th, a 20-story mixed-use development, is now welcoming residents for its luxury units in Atlanta. Located between 11th and 12th streets on Crescent Avenue, the community offers 320 one-, two- and three bedroom units with access to retail, restaurants and entertainment options.
The $101 million development is a venture between Daniel Corp., Selig Enterprises and MetLife that marks the fourth phase of 12th & Midtown, a 3 million-square-foot master-planned development. The site includes Class A office, boutique hotels, high-rise condominiums and a mix of street-level retail and restaurants, Jim Spahn, Daniel Corp.’s director of multifamily operations, told MHN.
“The Sixty11th location offers unmatched walkability and the features and amenities package certainly exceeds expectations,” Spahn added.
The luxury community is certainly amenity-rich with offerings such as a saltwater pool, outdoor fireplaces and dining areas, as well as grilling stations. Inside, amenities include a club room, game room, fitness center, 24-hour concierge, media lounges, dog grooming station, among others.
Spahn added that the property is unique because “the retail component of the property, as well as the surrounding property, provide a great restaurant and nightlife line-up.”
If residents want to venture out, Midtown has a lot to offer. “Within Midtown, you can walk to 150+ restaurants, 230 acres of parks and greenspace, world-class arts and attractions, shopping and the event calendar in Midtown is diverse,” Spahn said.
The Midtown area is also a major jobs center, home to 15 million square feet of office space, and a pipeline of additional commercial space, Spahn explained. Â He added that the area is focused on technology, health and the arts with sites like Georgia Tech, Emory University Hospital Midtown and Savannah College of Art and Design.
When it comes to the residences, luxury features include Energy Star appliances, USB charging outlets, floor-to-ceiling window walls and panoramic views of the city. The community is also gigabyte connected for those heavy-streaming residents.
Sixty11th is now leasing, with monthly rents starting at $1,638 for a studio, $1,771 for a one bedroom, $2,844 for a two bedroom and $3,879 for a three bedroom.
