4D Development & Investment has opened E on Grand, a new 115-unit, luxury apartment development in downtown Los Angeles. The company appointed Moss & Company to manage the community, the latest mixed-use project in the wave of ventures that are trying to capitalize on the area’s housing boom.
E on Grand is located at 1249 S. Grand Ave., on the corner of Pico and Grand Avenue and it is surrounded by many dining, shopping and entertainment options, such as Staples Center and LA Live. The seven-story asset’s unit mix includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The units are designed with high-end finishes, featuring 12-foot ceilings, frosted glass balconies, stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers. The building includes 2,100 square feet retail space anchored by Starbucks.
Experience-Focused Amenities
Community amenities include:
- outdoor entertainment area with wet bar
- sky terrace with barbecue grill
- resident lounge with Wi-Fi
- fitness and spa
“We designed E on Grand with precise focus on the resident experience. We are bringing boutique-style living to the South Park area where our residents will enjoy a community feel, robust common space, and balconies in every unit,” said David Pourbaba, CEO of 4D Development & Investment, in prepared remarks. “Our focus was to make the building a real home to the residents, not a typical apartment complex,” he added.
