The Courville Co. announced it has received $23.8 million in HUD refinancing for three assisted living facilities in New Hampshire.

Greystone originated the Interest Rate Reduction transaction, which maintains the existing loan amount and maturity date while reducing the interest rate.

The communities include Courville at Manchester, Courville at Carlyle Place and Courville Nashua & Aynsley.

Located at 44 W. Webster St. in Manchester, N.H., near the Merrimack River and Interstate 293, the 82-bed Courville at Manchester offers assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Courville Nashua & Aynsley is situated at 80 Lake St. in downtown Nashua, N.H. The three-story, 46-bed assisted living facility includes palliative and hospice care.

The 46-bed Courville at Carlyle Place at 40 NH-101 in Bedford, N.H. encompasses 46 beds, offering short- and long-term care. The site is located 4 miles southwest of central Manchester.

Greystone New York’s Lisa Fischman arranged the deals. Earlier this year, Fischman originated another HUD-insured loan for the refinancing of a 90-bed rehabilitation center in Connecticut. The $8 million fixed-rate loan has an amortization period of 35 years.
