New Brooklyn Residence 25 Percent Sold

Love Lane Mews, a condominium building in Brooklyn Heights, New York, has received its Final Certificate of Occupancy.

New York—Love Lane Mews, a condominium building in Brooklyn Heights, New York, has received its Final Certificate of Occupancy. Closing at the building have been underway since late 2011, and currently the building is 25 percent sold.

The low-rise building, which was developed by Manhattan Skyline Management Company, is former parking garage. It has been converted to a 38-unit residential building.

Love Lane Mews units include marble baths, gourmet kitchens with Viking refrigerators, in-unit washers and dryers, and private terraces or balconies.

Building amenities include “Sky’s the Limit” concierge service by Abigail Michaels, a fitness center, bicycle storage and centralized laundry for oversized loads. Additionally, Love Lane Mews has it’s own private garage. The garage space is included in the purchase price of each residence.

Pricing of the condos begin at $825,000.
