Neal Communities Has Vacation-Style in Mind for Bradenton
Southwest Florida private homebuilder starts work on vacation-style gated community in Bradenton.

Bradenton, Fla.—Neal Communities has broken ground on Villa Amalfi, a new multifamily property north of Sarasota. The community will provide residents vacation-style living in 92 villas.
Located at the corner of Lockwood Ridge Road and Honore Avenue, the 18-acre development site is bordered by Woodbrook to the east, Cascades to the south and west and Barrington Ridge to the north.
Villa Amalfi will offer convenient access to major roads and highways as well as proximity to shopping and dining venues in Bradenton and Sarasota. The property will feature a range of common-space amenities such as a swimming pool with spa and cabana.
The selection of floor plans at Villa Amalfi includes three Tuscan-style layouts varying in size from 1,400 to 1,500 square feet. The Crystal Sand plan comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the Tidewater and Tidewater B plans offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den.
Villa Amalfi is expected to open in early 2016.
