Middleburg Real Estate Partners has announced the opening of Mosby Cool Springs, a 328-unit rental community in Franklin, Tenn. The property was first announced in August of 2017, when the project secured $40 million in financing.
Located at 1222 Liberty Pike in Williamson County, the community is situated about a 30 minute drive from downtown Nashville. The one- and two-bedroom apartments offered at the property have an average price of $1,389 per unit, according to Yardi Matrix data.
“Mosby Cool Springs is wonderfully located in an area renowned for strong job and income growth,” said Middleburg regional manager Danielle West, in prepared remarks. “Middleburg has a decade of experience in the Nashville region and is very pleased to bring newly developed, beautifully appointed apartments to the heart of one of the fastest growing areas of the state.”
Resident amenities at the community will include a 24/7 fitness center, two swimming pools, a clubhouse, walking trails, a dog park and an on-call massage therapist, among others. Mosby Cool Springs will be self-managed by Middleburg.
The opening comes on the heels of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s completion of Cameron at Franklin Park, a 328-unit luxury community nearby in Franklin.
