Houston--Fort Worth-based NAI Huff Partners has merged with the central Texas region of Transwestern.
Houston–Fort Worth-based NAI Huff Partners has merged with the central Texas region of Houston-based commercial real estate and investment firm Transwestern. The merger expands Transwestern’s operations with the addition of more than 30 team members from the NAI Huff Partners team. With the addition, Transwestern will represent one of the largest full service real estate firms in the DFW marketplace, with 90 brokers and in excess of 39 million square feet of leasing and/or management business.
Jack Eimer, president of Transwestern’s central region, says it is the firm’s goal to introduce NAI Huff Partners’ clients to Transwestern’s regional and national capabilities while retaining the firm’s local presence.
In late 2004, Transwestern’s central region merged with Dallas-based NAI/Stoneleigh.
