MultiVersity Housing Partners has acquired The Ridge Clemson, a 616-bed student housing community in Central, S.C. The property serves students attending nearby Clemson University. MultiVersity Property Management has been selected to manage the property.

Built in 2018, the student housing community is located at 205 Tiliwa Court and offers a mix of two-bedroom/two-bath units and four-bedroom/four-and-a-half bath townhouse units with attached garages. Features in the fully-furnished units will include a keyless entry, large kitchen and stainless-steel appliances.

Resident amenities at The Ridge Clemson include a resort-style pool, lazy river, dog park, clubhouse, private shuttle, fitness center and a large LED video screen. The community has reached a 96 percent occupancy rate for the lease term.

MultiVersity Property Management has plans to make property improvements including redesigning the clubhouse, fitness center, office and leasing area. Other improvements include enhancing the study areas and adding additional fitness equipment.

Signature Hartwell Village, a student housing development also serving the students of Clemson University, broke ground this month.
