Recognized for his work by the Skyscraper Museum, Leyva has built numerous award-winning residential and commercial projects in New York, including the luxury residences at the Time Warner Center, the Battery Maritime Building and the Tribeca Royale. The Charles, a 32-story condo building developed by Bluerock, celebrated its topping out in March. Leyva is also working on an office building and an extensive waterfront park project in his native Veracruz, Mexico.
