Missouri Student Housing Asset Changes Hands
The 428-bed community is the only privately owned purpose-built facility serving scholars at Washington University in St. Louis.
GMH Capital Partners and AGC Equity Partners have acquired Everly on the Loop, a 428-bed student housing community serving Washington University in St. Louis. The property at 6105 Delmar Blvd. is the only privately owned, purpose-building student housing property catering to the private research university in St. Louis, which has a total enrollment of more than 16,000.
The 14-story, off-campus property was developed by a partnership between Clayco, CRG, and Koman Group in 2017. Everly on the Loop measures 192,390 square feet and offers 209 units. The community’s one-, two- and three-bedroom units average 899 square feet and feature private bathrooms and upscale finishes. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga room and pool as well as entertainment spaces indoors and indoors. The community is served by a dedicated shuttle to and from the university’s Danforth campus during the academic year.
The property is located within the Delmar Loop neighborhood, just off the university’s North Campus and half a mile from the university’s Danforth Campus, with an array of restaurant, bar and retail offerings in the area.
In April, GMH opened a new 320-unit luxury community in Cranberry Township, Pa., near Pittsburgh.
