Dayton, Ohio—National developer and real estate solution provider Miller-Valentine Group has announced the development of WaterStone at Carriage Trails, a luxury apartment community located in Huber Heights, Ohio. The 192-unit project is part of the master-planned community of Carriage Trails, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with rents ranging between $911 and $1,165 per month.
Amenities include a saltwater pool, outdoor grilling area, a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse and a fitness center. Residents will also have access to a dog park, a recreation lawn and entertainment areas.
WaterStone at Carriage Trails is situated in close proximity to downtown Dayton and the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Other nearby destinations include the Huber Heights YMCA, the Kroger Aquatic Center and Carriage Hill MetroPark.
Designed by CR Architecture+Design, the development is slated to welcome its first residents by the end of this year, with completion planned for late 2017.
