The Griffith, a 220-unit luxury apartment community in Glendale, Calif. is now available for preleasing. The new community is part of Mill Creek Residential’s Southern California portfolio, featuring 1,309 apartments in total. The region’s multifamily market saw growth due to increasing population and employment opportunities.
Located at 435 W. Los Feliz Road, The Griffith is near the Atwater Village and Los Feliz neighborhoods and is within 20 minutes of downtown Los Angeles. The property offers immediate access to Interstate 5, which connects to the additional key thoroughfares of the area, as well as the 134 Freeway. Besides these, the Glendale Metrolink Station, which links to Los Angeles Union Station, is a six-minute walk from the community. The area includes major employers such as Disney’s Grand Central Creative Campus, DreamWorks Animation, Technicolor and IHOP/Applebee’s national headquarters.
