Milhaus has broken ground on Array, a Class A 216-unit community in the Cincinnati suburb of Springdale, Ohio. The company partnered with M+A Architects, Studio 5 Interior Design and engineer Bayer Becker on the $43 million development, slated to open in March 2023.

The project will encompass eight buildings with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Community amenities will include a kitchen, conference rooms, coworking and office spaces, pool, fitness center and exterior bike parking, as well as a pet spa and bark park.

Located at 11911 Sheraton Lane, Array is within two and a half miles of Tri-County Retail District, offering easy access to retail and entertainment options, such as the Tri-County Mall and Costco Wholesale. The transit-oriented community is within one mile north of Interstate 275, connecting it to the Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Milhaus is working with the City of Springdale for this development as part of the city’s revitalization strategy. The plan is to attract working professionals through building new housing options, while reusing prime locations within the city, mentioned Mayor Doyle Webster in prepared remarks.

Targeting secondary markets across the Midwest and Sunbelt, Milhaus is one of the major multifamily development firms, with 3,042 units completed between 2018 and 2020 and 3,163 units under construction as of June 2021.
