New York—Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side is welcoming two new boutique condominium buildings to the market.

Michael Paul Enterprises, a full-service real estate investment and development firm focused in boutique condominium development, announced two of its newest residential offerings: The Justin and 554 East 82nd Street.

“Every Michael Paul Enterprises building is designed with the comfort and privacy of townhouse living, yet is complemented with the maintenance and security of a condominium,” said Yvonne D’Alessio, vice president of Michael Paul Enterprises. “We’re committed to developing more high-end boutique condominiums throughout Manhattan, as demand continues to grow as more buyers seek an intimate living experience where they can escape and feel at home.”

The Justin, located at 225 East 81st Street, is a six-story building situated on a tree-lined street between Second and Third Avenues. The building is made up of five residences–a four-bedroom triplex maisonette with a private garden; three-floor through, three-bedroom apartments; and a three-bedroom penthouse with a 1,700 square foot roof deck. The homes range from 1,766 square feet to 3,882 square feet with prices starting at $3.3 million up to $5.995 million.

Just a few blocks away is 554 East 82nd Street, located between York and East End Avenue. This is a six-story building comprised of four apartments: a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom duplex homes ranging from 1,506 square feet to 2,787 square feet. Listing prices start at $2.55 million through $4.85 million.

“Having worked with Michael Paul Enterprises on the successful sell out at 230 East 63rd Street last year, we’re excited to deliver the same results at two more impressive, quality buildings,” said Serhant, who filmed with the developers at all three buildings for this season of Bravo TV’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which premiered earlier this month with the highest ratings for a season premiere in the history of the franchise. “Not all high-end buyers prefer to live in a huge, high rise building. They’re looking for something more personal, which the developers and my team are happy to deliver.”

Residences at both buildings feature extravagant details including full height tilt-and-turn Kolbe windows, coffered ceilings, masonry fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank oak floors with radiant floor heating throughout and washers and dryers in every unit. Kitchens showcase custom tile backsplash, Miele dishwashers, six burner Wolf ranges, Subzero refrigerators and Caesarstone countertops. The spa-like bathrooms highlight oversized master steam showers, soaking Jacuzzi tubs and custom Bianco Carrera marble tile-work. All units are smart home prepared, provided with build-in audio speakers and wiring. Amenities include a fitness center, a part-time and virtual doorman, security system, keyless entry and generous storage rooms for each apartment.

Michael Paul Enterprises continues in boutique development, planning more new condominium buildings for this year and next in different neighborhoods of the city. Its first boutique condo offering, the six-residence 230 East 63rd Street, was fully sold last year within a few months.
