Mesa Snaps Up 2 Suburban Atlanta Communities

Mesa Capital Partners has aqcuired a 490-unit apartment portfolio in suburban Atlanta. The company secured The Retreat at Eagles Landing, as well as Carrington Ridge, which are both at 900 Rock Quarry Road in Stockbridge, Ga.
Retreat at Eagles Landing features one-, two- and three bedroom units, with such common amenities as lighted tennis courts and a pool with clubhouse. Likewise, Carrington Ridge offers a mix of units, along with direct access garages, lighted tennis court, playground and a resort-style pool.
TIC Properties Management was the seller. CBRE Inc.’s Shea Campbell, Kevin Geiger and Ashish Cholia represented the seller in the deal. The properties traded for an undisclosed price.
Mesa Capital is mostly active in Southern suburban markets. Since its founding in 2010, it has acquired properties in Augusta, Ga., Little Rock, Ark., and Asheville, N.C., among other markets.
