The Bayside line from Mediterranea is a combination of cement and stone that provides the clean, minimalist look that many renters—and buildings—are after.

Bayside in Pearl

Dover, Fla.—The Italian tile designers at Mediterranea have introduced a new porcelain product that is targeted directly at the American marketplace. The line, called Bayside, is a combination of cement and stone that provides a clean, minimalist look that many renters—and buildings—are after. The product is a great option for multifamily buildings looking for a tough and attractive floor that won’t chip and stain like the expensive stone or cement alternatives.

Like all Mediterranea products, Bayside tile is printed with Dynamic HD Imaging inkjet technology that provides an extremely life-like replication of cement and stone graphics. The two elements are blended into one porcelain time product, which achieves a completely new look.

The Bayside tiles are available in both 12 x 24 inch and 8 x 48 inch sizes in four colors—Camel, Pearl, Pewter and Tobacco. There are also specially designed mosaic strips in a 12 x 24 inch sheet-mounted size with 1 x 2 inch mosaic tiles, which can be used to accentuate the flooring. Additionally, the tiles can help your new development land LEED points, since all Mediterranea products have recycled content that can contribute towards MR Credit 4.1 and 4.2.
