McKinley is has acquired the 248 unit Geneva Park apartments in Cary, N.C., on behalf of one of its institutional clients.
Ann Arbor, Mich.—McKinley is has acquired the 248 unit Geneva Park apartments in Cary, N.C., on behalf of one of its institutional clients. McKinley will immediately begin management of the community and is planning overall strategic upgrades to the community including the sales office, BBQ area, landscaping, lighting and signage, while also initiating roofing, siding and hallway repairs.
