McKenzie Brings New Units to WI Community
The development company has completed 60 units of Timber Valley Apartments, located in Madison, Wis., approximately 8 miles from the city’s downtown.

The McKenzie Apartment Co. has opened 60 units at Timber Valley Apartments, a $50 million luxury apartment development in Madison, Wis. The project currently has 120 completed units and there are another 54 units slated for completion by May 2019.
Located at 9622 Wants Road, the Timber Valley Apartments is near Freeway 14, around 8 miles from downtown Madison. The community is also situated close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options, including the West Towne Mall, Marcus Point Cinema and Princeton Club.
The development encompasses a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, featuring wood window blinds, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, plank flooring and in-unit washer and dryer. Communal area amenities include:
- clubhouse
- heated outdoor pool
- hot tub
- poolside cabana bar
- outdoor TVs
- gas grilling stations
- conference room
- fitness centers
- yoga studio
After full completion, the community will comprise a total of 400 units.
