Matthews Arranges Sale of CA Community
The company represented the seller in the $7.8 million sale. The two-story community is approximately 20 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport.

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of 4540 Hazeltine Ave., a 23-unit community in Sherman Oaks, Calif., which sold for $7.8 million. Matthews’ Senior Vice President Daniel Withers worked on behalf of the buyer, 6910 Kester LP and the seller, Frog Rock Investments LLC.
The community is close to various shopping, dining and entertainment venues such as Westfield Fashion Square, Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks Recreation Center, Gelson’s Market, Best Buy and In-N-Out Burger. Additionally, Los Angeles International Airport is approximately 20 miles away.
Built in 1951, the property features one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The two-story community includes common area amenities such as:
- laundry facilities
- fitness center
- swimming pool
- media center
- movie theater
