Greysteel has been named exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of Fairgreen Senior Community, almost two months after being retained for the same task for two Dallas properties. Built in 2005, Fairgreen is a 55+ age-restricted community, totaling 92 units.
The asset is located in Perryville, Md., in close proximity to downtown Havre de Grace, Md., a neighboring city on the opposite side of the Susquehanna River. Residents have easy access to restaurants, the waterfront, the Furnace Bay Golf Course or the Hollywood Casino Perryville.
The one- and two-bedroom apartments have an average size of 733 square feet and feature equipped kitchens, intercoms and wheelchair accessibility. Community amenities include controlled access entry, elevators, a library and lounge area.
