Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of Golf Meadow, a 44-unit community in Fort Myers, Fla., for $3 million. The firm marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
Located at 1852 Golf Meadow Ave. the community is next to the Fort Myers Golf & Country Club and within five minutes of Cleveland Avenue at Hill Avenue bus stop. Additionally, the property is approximately 2.2 miles south of downtown Fort Myers.
The four, two-story buildings were constructed in 1970 with built-up flat roofs, which were renovated in 2016. Golf Meadow comprises a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, averaging 752 square feet, featuring semi-private entries, split bedroom floorplans, hard surface ceramic tile floors, private patios and balconies, as well as faucet and fan fixtures. Communal area amenities include:
- pool and sundeck
- picnic and barbecue areas
- shuffleboard courts
- laundry facilities
- leasing office
- covered parking
CCIM Investment Specialists Casey Babb and Luis Baez of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
