PointOne Holdings and Hathaway Development have commenced construction of the 316-unit Exchange at Holly Springs, a luxury apartment community near Raleigh, N.C. The property is set to contain 11 two-, three- and four-story buildings, per plans filed with the City of Holly Springs. According to PointOne, the first residential building is anticipated to open in June of 2019. A future, second phase of the development is still in early planning stages.
Located on a 21.6-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Piney Grove-Wilbon Road and Ralph Stephens Road in Holly Springs, the development is positioned half a mile from Highway 55, connecting the area to Raleigh’s outer beltway and to Highway 1. The Shoppes at Holly Springs is nearby, home to a WalMart and numerous other shopping and dining options.
Luxury amenities in a growing market
The property will offer residents a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments as well as a number of carriage homes. The community’s planned amenities include a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, a dog park and spa, bicycle storage, elevators, a clubhouse and a business center. Plans indicate 613 parking spaces are slated for resident use.

With direct convenient access to Raleigh-Durham, the south Wake County market is experiencing impressive population growth, and we feel that Exchange at Holly Springs will be well-positioned to meet the growing housing demand,” said Nick Hathaway, partner & director of development with Hathaway, in a prepared statement.
