Luxury Mixed-Use Project Kicks Off in Texas
The 298-unit property will be situated one block away from the University of Texas at Arlington and will also offer 9,000 square feet of retail space.

Park7 Group has started construction on Park Place Arlington, a luxury mixed-used community in Arlington, Texas. The property will consist of 701 beds for students attending the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as 9,000 square feet of street-level retail space.
Located one block from the university, the 298-unit property will offer several shared amenities, all located on the fifth floor:
- swimming pool
- heated spa
- half-court basketball court
- volleyball courts
- two-story fitness center
- outdoor kitchen
- yoga and workout lawn
- clubroom
Additionally, Park Place Arlington will feature on-site study lounges, a movie theater, a golf simulator, activity and study courtyards. Each unit is set to offer private bathrooms, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer units, walk-in closets and storage space. Arlington’s student housing inventory has been growing constantly over the past few years.Â
