Located one block from the university, the 298-unit property will offer several  shared amenities, all located on the fifth floor:

  • half-court basketball court
  • volleyball courts
  • two-story fitness center
  • outdoor kitchen
  • yoga and workout lawn
  • clubroom

Additionally, Park Place Arlington will feature on-site study lounges, a movie theater, a golf simulator, activity and study courtyards. Each unit is set to offer private bathrooms, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer units, walk-in closets and storage space.
