Overlooking 300 feet of white sand beach, the six-story development is set to feature four floorplans ranging in size from three to four bedrooms, spanning 1,837 to 2,203 square feet, each with Gulf-front or coastline views. Each condominium is slated to have quartz countertops, high-end kitchen appliances, porcelain tile flooring and private terraces up to 10 feet deep. Amenities will include:

  • two swimming pools
  • jetted tub
  • fitness center
  • covered parking spaces
  • private beach

Cindy Blanton and Janette Klein, top sales associates at ResortQuest Real Estate, are leading the sales and marketing efforts for Blu. Pricing is set to start in the high $700,000s. Crossgate Partners is also building Océane, a luxury condominium community in Sarasota, Fla.
