Luxury Community Opens Near Nashville
McShane Construction delivered the 359-unit property.
Parc at Murfreesboro
McShane Construction Co. has completed the development of Parc at Murfreesboro, a 359-unit luxury property in Murfreesboro, Tenn., on behalf of Equity Resources. Dynamik Design provided architectural services.
Equity Resources sold the community to American Landmark Apartments, for nearly $79 million, Yardi Matrix data shows. American Landmark will also manage the property.
The community, located at 3237 Memorial Blvd. on a 22.5-acre site, comprises one- to three-bedroom units. Apartments offer high-end finishes and either sunrooms or balconies. Amenities include a pool, grill pavilion, dog park and clubhouse. Garages and electric vehicle charging stations will also be available.
The property is some 9 miles from Interstate 24, which provides easy access to downtown Nashville. A convenience store and several dining options are available within walking distance of the community, while Stones River Mall is 5 miles southwest. Middle Tennessee State University is some 5 miles southeast.
Simultaneously with the completion of Parc at Murfreesboro, McShane Construction has opened its Nashville regional office and will continue to collaborate with Equity Resources, said Scott Hoppa, senior vice president & regional manager at McShane Construction Co., in a prepared statement.
Just last month, McShane Construction Co. delivered another project, Covington Crossings—a 198-unit senior housing community in Covington, Ga.,—on behalf of owner Dominion.
